While commercial photography has certainly gotten more convenient, the basics still apply and it is still possible to make just as big a mess with ones and zeros as it was with film and chemicals.
In Wyckoff Advertising's large commercial photography studio, products as large as 5 x 8 feet can be photographed against a seamless background. Digital retouching and outlining are always available to make larger items appear as though they were shot on impossibly large sets. Tabletop-size items can be photographed easily as well. Our commercial photography customers enjoy the obvious advantage of being able to see their results almost immediately, even if they do not attend the session. We can e-mail "proofs" within minutes of the first shot and amend the layout or the angle per their wishes in "real time".
